a stylish hotel with some issues
automatic blinds convenient location deep tub room wear slow service pricing issue
the room included automatic blinds. the location was very convenient because of the train station nearby. the room had a deep tub i enjoyed.
the room had some wear. the service was slow in the parlor. the pound dont stretch much in this hotel.

comfortable sun loungers equipped gym room readiness poor information
i appreciated the very nice pool area with comfortable sun loungers. the gym was also well equipped.. one of the best hotel gyms i have used. complimentary access to the sky beach rooftop was a plus.
check-in was chaotic. my room was not ready when i arrived. the receptionist only gave me the key at 3pm, but provided no room number, directions, or information.

The hotel generally has a stylish, modern design.
The reception area felt too small for the hotel size. There was chaos during peak check-out times. I had to take my own bags to the concierge for storage.

The gym had good equipment. I used the treadmill.
The reception area was TOO small. I had to carry my own bags to the concierge for storage. Breakfast was very disappointing. The service was slow so i only got two small dishes before last orders.
